Education and Experience

  • Lawyer, he graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1989
  • He conducts his professional activity as government counsel and advisor at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Argentina, having intervened at the hunger strikes of La Tablada, prison mutinies, and Ezeiza Union Conflicts. His areas of expertise are Contracts, Negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration, Civil Liability, Freedom of the Press, and corporate negotiator.
  • He has co-written the preliminary project for the Arbitration Law in the country.
  • He is actively engaged on a pro-bono basis, in different 1st and 2nd tier non-governmental organizations, in connection with sports at National level. 
  • Voluntary work: President of Club Atlético Ferrocarril General San Martín. Club Centenario and Argentine Rugby and Hockey pioneer, Pacific Rugby.
  • Voluntary work: Pro-Treasurer at the Tennis Argentine Association (“AAT,” from the Spanish, “Asociación Argentina de Tenis”) by helping to transition from the old logics and educate people through sports and clubs.
  • Voluntary work: He is a role model in the Committee related to Comprehensive Training and Behavior Improvement at the Buenos Aires Rugby Union, by accompanying specialists to assist clubs and sportspersons to be educated on issues dealing with the suppression of violence in all its forms.
  • International Arbitration.
  • He is a member of the World Mediation Forum.
  • He is a member of the ARBITRATION CONSULTING COMMITTEE in charge of promoting Arbitration in Argentina.
  • He is a member of the Bar Association of the Federal Capital City.
