Education and Experience
- Lawyer, he graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1991 with general and corporate specialization.
- Master in Corporate Law, ESEADE.
- He conducts his professional activity providing services as general counsel in the corporate law field, specializing in corporate disputes; civil and commercial contracts, bankruptcy and insolvency cases; real property law; damages, constitutional, commercial and civil procedural law; contentious-administrative law; arbitration, family and succession law.
- He acts as attorney-in-fact of several banking institutions and companies, both domestic and foreign.
- He acts as Director and Syndic of different companies in the country.
- He has drafted various papers on different issues inherent to his areas of expertise.
- He is a permanent collaborator of legal journals such as El Derecho y La Ley.
- He has taken part in domestic arbitrations –Bolsa de Comercio, Bolsa de Cereales, CEMA– and international arbitrations (ICC).
- He acts as arbitrator and mediator at the Centro Empresarial de Mediación y Arbitraje (CEMA).
- He has acted as visiting professor in Civil and Commercial Law and Arbitration at the Premaster of the Universidad Austral and in Arbitration in the Chair of Procedural Law of Dra. Angela Ledesma at the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires.
- He is a member of the Steering Committee of the Centro Empresarial de Mediación y Arbitraje (CEMA).
- He is treasurer at the Forum of Studies on the Administration of Justice (“FORES” from the Spanish, Foro de Estudios sobre la Administración de Justicia).
- He is a member of the Legal Network, IDEA.
- He is a member of the Committee on Justice, Legal Organization and Professional Exercise of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
