• Lawyer, graduate of the Universidad de la República (UDELAR), Uruguay (2013).
• LL.M. in Conflict Resolution from Queen Mary University of London (2018).
• She practices law in the areas of complex litigation, international arbitration, and corporate law, advising companies on commercial, civil, and corporate matters at both the local and transnational levels, with a particular focus on sectors such as construction, energy, and international contracts.
• She has spent part of his professional career at prestigious firms in London and Uruguay, which has enabled him to develop a global and strategic perspective on managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, complex contracts, and a high degree of operational complexity.
• She has experience representing clients in high-stakes domestic and international commercial arbitrations (ICC and LCIA rules) and advising multinational companies on contractual disputes, as well as designing legal structures and compliance strategies tailored to different regulatory frameworks that enable operations with greater clarity, efficiency, and legal certainty.
• She has led teams and departments focused on conflict management, with an emphasis on prevention, efficient resolution, and the implementation of compliance and ESG practices.
• She has been recognized by Chambers & Partners Global and Latin America in the areas of Dispute Resolution and Corporate/M&A (currently as an “Up & Coming” lawyer), by The Legal 500 in the area of Corporate and M&A (currently as a “Next Generation Partner”), and by Leaders League in the areas of corporate law, commercial litigation, and debt restructuring.
